I love Starbucks but this one seems a bit behind. Came two days in a row and why you have only 3 people working on a weekend morning is ridiculous. The line was insane and the scanner super picky therefore causing more delays. I have a Starbucks app which I love but this Starbucks needed me to brighten my screen to get it to work. So of course I had to change my settings and while I was annoyed at that request the lady running the register reached over and tried to grab my phone from me to do it. I didn't like that at all.. Strangers grabbing my stuff. I get she was trying to help but ask first or something. Besides that I was already done changing my settings before she grabbed. Not too thrilled about that Starbucks for sure.

Great place for a coffee with a bad attitude. Baristas here believe that they are chosen by God to make coffee. They ignored me until I asked them if I could order. One of them said: "yeah... Sure...".

Such a friendly staff! Came with friends and one of us decided we wanted a cold drink instead of the hot one she ordered and the girl who was still making the drink for her over heard us talking and offered to make her the cold one she had wanted!! That just made our day because we had made the mistake and ordered wrong and she didn't even blink or think twice at making her the drink she really wanted! I know this is a little bit of a dramatic post but I think little things like that make a HUGE difference in a business' success!

I love going to Starbucks...I love the fact that this Starbucks is in the Sheraton and very convenient. I bordered on a 2 star just based on the customer service. I'm not going to sit and review a Starbucks because what typically separates one from the next is the customer service. I'm 3-starring this because of the location but if it was based on customer service, it'd probably be a 2 star. I remember coming here a couple times a couple years ago and the service was great. The last couple times, not so much. I think with the location and convenience, this has the potential to be a great Starbucks. But, in Cocoa Beach, especially a beach known to have the tourist/Disney/Universal crowd, you have to up the customer service.

While in Starbucks this evening with my mother in law the female behind the counter (no name tag) with glasses, and braids. Was rather unpleasant and snippy while ringing up our order. (Vanilla bean frap, and mango black tea). Please remind her if she's going to be working with customers she should be at LEAST mildly welcoming. Her service was less than subpar. P.s we aren't tourist, we're locals (if that matters)

Consistent service and quality. My iced caramel macchiato didn't have a lot of caramel sauce, but it was still delicious. Staff here is super friendly.

Everyone needs to quick dissing this Starbucks. Try & be grateful that there is one so close to the Sheraton & the beach. I went there several times while visiting Cocoa Beach and it seemed to be a perfectly fine java joint. The staff knows what they are doing and had their pastry case well stocked. The employees and barista were perfectly fine and their store appeared clean and the condiments were full. I will deduct 1 YELP STAR because my gold Starbucks card was honored here as a gift card but they could not give me one of my earned free drinks because I was told that this location is not a "real" Starbucks but a franchised one. Oh well. Everyone sip their lattes and chill out about this very good Cocoa Beach Starbucks. P.S. The big fish aquarium belongs to the Shark Pit restaurant next door and has nothing to do with the Starbucks.

I love Starbucks in general! Workers were kind and efficient. All drinks were made to order perfectly and they were pretty complicated! Love the fact that it is so close to our hotel room.

Located inside of the Four Points hotel this is a nice little Starbucks. They carry everything the bigger stores carry and make all the same specialty drink. The staff at this store seems a little standoffish and they are not in a big hurry to get your coffee. As a hotel guest I found this Starbucks to be convenient, but I would not go out of my way to visit it.

We were on our cruise vacation, and we decided to stop here and chill out for a little bit. It is located inside the Four Points/Sheraton hotel. They do have aquariums for you to check out. As far as service and drinks were concerned, I didn't experience a significant issue with either or. They also take Starbucks Cards without issue. If my next cruise stops at Port Canaveral, and we decide to stop by Cocoa Beach, I'll definitely be coming back here again!

Love our Starbucks. Consistent with Starbucks everywhere, but smacked in the middle of a cool surf-shop. We like to go sit and have our coffee by the giant fish tank! Saturdays a diver feeds the sharks by hand, in the tank. Totally worth the wait.

Why write a review on Starbucks? 1. The fish tank was incredible! 2. The baristas were knuckleheads. :-) No, the baristas weren't annoying or rude, they just seemed to be a bit out there. Check out the fish tank, it's really cool.

I wish I could rate this zero stars. This is by far the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. It's disgusting, filthy, and the staff are rude and obnoxious. As a previous Starbucks employee myself, I know what a Starbucks is supposed to be like and this Starbucks falls far below all standards. Hopefully Starbucks wises up and puts another location on Cocoa Beach. This one absolutely sucks. I don't understand how anybody can mess up making any of the items on the menu but even the drip coffee sucks and they take way too long. It's really not hard to make any of the coffee items and the time they take to make them is an absolute joke. I'd rather go across the bridge to the Merritt Island location than this one that's how bad it is. Also there is no reason for any of the cashiers to be slamming down the receipt in front of me, whoever the management is should be fired. Customer service absolutely is horrible. Go somewhere else if you can.

After rubbing her nose for 30 seconds then stuffing her mouth with food, woman takes my order. Doesn't give me a total then scans my phone. Did I mention she took my order wrong? So then they remade it and it was great. Hoping to be leaving here soon.

Not going there ever again due to a girl who was working there, with a really really bad attitude. The guy who was there was very friendly. But she made it a really bad experience. Still a Starbucks customer, but will never go to the Cocoa Beach, Florida Starbucks if that girl's still working there.

#Cocoabeach #Starbucks : Popped in early in the morning. The Barista was slow & somewhat unhelpful in assisting me w/ my to go order. Very surprising since I was the only one in line. I doubt I will go back to the Starbucks again. Stick to the Juice N Java a little further down the beach.

I just got the worst customer service I've ever received in my life here. We popped in ten minutes before closing time and the guy taking our order was friendly but the barista making our lattes was complaining about us coming in so late as she made our coffee. When I said thank you after getting my mocha she said "you're not welcome!" Howard Schultz would be horrified at this ruuuude girl.

This Starbucks is located in the front part of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel building. What makes this Starbucks especially cool is that it's in the same space as the Cocoa Beach Surf Company so you can grab a coffee and maybe a pastry or muffin, check out the surf store and also have a look at their 5,600 gallon shark and exotic fish/coral aquarium (featuring live shark and fish feedings every Wed. and Sat. at 11a.m.). There's plenty of parking in the adjoining garage which serves the hotel, this Starbucks, the surf shop and a small restaurant.

Did I really just pay $6.10 for a venti iced soy hazelnut latte? "Resort pricing" at this location now in effect. Starbucks, this is Cocoa Beach, not Lake Tahoe.
